Leading with Curiosity
My life and career paths have been marked by my deep desire to get curious, grow, and explore.
Rooted in
Collaboration
This desire to learn from others shapes how I lead and collaborate. In my design work, I bring both a deep curiosity about people’s needs and a leadership style I call
collaborative coaching. This approach grew out of my earlier career as a music director, where I fostered ensemble cultures built on trust, shared creativity, and mutual respect. Instead of a top-down model,
I focused on empowering others to bring their voices forward. Today, I carry that same mindset into design—working alongside clients and teams to create thoughtful, human-centered solutions together.
Designing Across ContextS
I bring design thinking into a wide range of environments—nonprofit, B2B, and beyond—adapting to each team’s needs while staying grounded in clarity, empathy, and purpose. Whether collaborating with mission-driven organizations or contributing to marketing strategy in a technical industry, I combine creative problem-solving with a systems mindset. I’m energized by complexity, committed to thoughtful execution, and always looking for ways to connect people with meaningful outcomes.
